Not all ponds are created equal

For many, water in a designated "hole" is already a pond. However, we differentiate in the following categories:

• The swimming pond: As the name suggests, designed to cool off in the hot summer months. As a rule, it consists of the swimming zone, the planting zone (or rest zone) and the filter system. Furthermore, special SwimPond foils are used here, which are much more robust.

• The natural pond: Designed to create the most natural possible ambience. A near-natural garden pond should have water and bank zones of different depths and be characterized by a high level of biodiversity with planting typical of the location.

• The koi pond: This pond is specially designed for its inhabitants. Significantly more powerful filter systems are installed here than in the natural pond. Crystal clear water allows you to see your koi. As a rule, koi carp become family members with their owners.

• The water play area: The heart of these systems is the spectacular fountain and water play technology. In order to ensure smooth functionality, it is particularly important here to avoid algae growth and contamination. These systems are mostly networked with DMX control technology (DMX: Digital MultipleX). A sophisticated filter, monitoring and control technology is hidden.
